Winston Lo, President
Winston is responsible for empowering the team at Creative Boulevard, and provide creative direction and leadership across client projects. He enjoys working with diverse personalities to explore different creative possibilities and is always excited to find new innovative ideas to solve problems. He loves to roll up his sleeves during the creative and design process, and can be found often on the production floors learning and sharing new ideas. A sports enthusiast, Winston is currently enjoying tennis, golf, cycling, and swimming. He is a member at large at the PPPC BC Chapter.
Candy Chui, Vice President Finance
Candy handles all of Creative Boulevard’s finances and numbers. She enjoys the flexible and dynamic nature of the team, and is often excited by new and innovative product ideas with which the company gets involved. Before joining Creative Boulevard, Candy excelled in management roles for the cosmetics and aromatherapy industry. She enjoys the art of floral arrangements in her spare time.
Cora Li, Production Manager
Cora is the logistical guru, managing production efficiency on a daily basis. She works closely with vendor partners, ensuring success is met for clients and vendors alike. Cora collaborates with the sales team to ensure production goals and expectations are met. Before joining Creative Boulevard, she worked in the computer industry for several years. Outside of work, Cora enjoys spending time with family and shopping.
Evija Feiste, Account Manager
Evija is a client relationship champion. Her passion is collaborating with clients during the creative process. providing beautiful visuals and vision for our customer. She always loves challenges and greatly enjoys brainstorming ideas with her fellow colleagues, and deep dive into projects. Her clients are naturally her friends, and she believes that sharing stories and experiences is the best way to strengthen collaboration. Evija has a passion for travelling, and is excited by opportunities to learn more about different cultures and lifestyles around the world.
Kevin Mizuno, Account Manager
Kevin facilitates the needs of clients, working closely with them to turn their visions and ideas into a reality. He is an expert on branding, and always makes sure that clients are able to thoroughly express themselves authentically through various projects. He is most excited by opportunities to build relationships and connections with clients, as he believes developing a mutual sense of trust makes collaborations more meaningful and pleasurable. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys socializing and being active in the outdoors, as well as spending time with family and friends.
Ashley Hagel, Production Director
A maestro at her best, Ashley manages all daily production of decorated promotional products and apparels with vendor partners. When it comes to teamwork, she enjoys collaborating with the creative process and is always eager to learn something new from customers and team members. Prior to joining Creative Boulevard, Ashley cut her chops with a promotional products agency in Victoria where she served as an Account Manager. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her dogs, going on walks and exploring new places.
Vivien Wang, Account Manager
Vivien has a brilliant creative mind and a keen eye for graphics, she adds a special touch on every single project she is part of. With over 3 years of prior management experience, she understands the importance of providing extra care to clients. She is incredibly excited to progress in this thrilling and fun industry. As a very accomplished calligrapher, her work is etched on many prestigious consumer brands. In her spare time, she enjoys tackling crafty DIY projects, movies of all genres (especially Sci-Fi movies) and trying out all the wonderful Vegan foodie spots our city has to offer!
Peter Herzog, Account Manager
Peter comes from a Sales and Marketing background for the better part of 25 years and has had the great fortune of representing companies like Universal Pictures, Alliance Film Studios, and Adidas/Taylormade, over that time. He has spent the past fifteen plus years forging wonderful relationships with his clients and successfully representing companies in the Promotional Products marketplace in Canada.
Eda Huang, Client Success Specialist
Recognized for her proficiency in cross-functional teamwork and delivering exceptional customer service. Eda’s skill set is a harmonious blend of financial expertise, organizational consulting, and design acumen. She consistently applies design thinking to her strategies, striving to create genuine and outstanding experiences. As a dynamic entrepreneur, Eda had previous business ventures in apparel, hospitality, tourism, and wellness, contributing a holistic perspective to client success. She ensures our clients will receive the best branding experience from Creative Boulevard. Her diverse background also empowers team members to reach their full potential.
Shane Allen, Account Manager

I look forward to working with you.”Before starting this new chapter of his career, Shane spent 6 years as a supplier rep for Cutter & Buck, Spector and Co., and NC Customs. The experience gave him a great understanding of how the industry works and how to create successful campaigns and uniform programs.
Shane is a 9 handicap golf junkie, and enjoy playing tennis and basketball. He takes advantage of beautiful BC by touring the province as much as possible. Mexico is also one of his favourite Winter getaways!

Meet Tiki, our Director of Lounging Activities and Professional Lap Warmer! Silent yet charming, Tiki is a master of tranquility. After greeting the team, he gracefully finds solace on the sofa or Mama Vivien’s lap for a nap. Despite his quiet demeanor, Tiki’s nose knows—especially when someone’s heating up food. Tiki, a subtle Sagittarius, loves to play cat toys and might surprise us with a mischievous pose beside a plant on Halloween, adding a touch of whimsy to our office routine!

Spotting Charlie’s arrival and distinguishing between familiar and unexpected visitors, ensuring our office is both welcoming and secure. With a tail always wagging, Mochi embodies the spirit of warmth and joy, making him an indispensable member of our work family.
