4. Any artwork received that is NOT in the required format is subject to additional charges. Reworked art is charged at $45 CDN per hour. You will be notified of any charges before any work is done.

5. If you are in the Vancouver area, it would be our pleasure to show you our screening and embroidery facilities. There, you will have first hand opportunity to see the different methods of applications.
